Doctor Tarek Jamal.

- We host approximately 300 people right now. Most of them come from Homs and surrounding areas. We do not care if they have fought or whether they are civilians. We concentrate on treating their injuries and we provide physical therapy to get them back in shape. We also have a special clinic for children, says Doctor Tarek Jamal.

Abo Abdullah (24). He is from Baba Amr in Homs, Syria, and has lost both hands in fighting against Bashar al-Assad's regime.


- This is hard. The peace agreement Bashar al-Assad has accepted are all fake. Send the photo of me to China and Russia! How can they accept that this is happening? Maybe they will think twice if they see pictures of us. How can they support this regime? He asks from his hospital bed.

He is in hospital in Tripoli, shot in the neck and leg. She was killed when her house was bombed by government forces in Homs, Syria.

Seraj (35) has lost his speech. His roommates in the hospital tells us he got hit by shelling from a tank. His mother, father and brother who was in the room next door, died.

A man is shot in the legs, but do not wish to tell us his name or what happened.

Abdullah (25) tells us he is from Al-Qusayr.

- We attacked a military checkpoint to steal their weapons. We wanted to get our hands on heavier weapons to shoot at tanks and helicopters. I got shot six times. Four bullets in my legs and two in my stomach.

Muhammad (24) was filming a big protest in Al-Qusayr when he got shot in the face by artillery. He shows a picture taken of him when he arrived in the hospital.

Abo Ahmad (32) prays in his room in the hospital. He is from Baba Amr in Homs, Syria and has been here to recover from wounds from gunfire.

- I was volunteering at the hospital at home and transported injured people to hospital in a minibus. We were on our way to a neighborhood that had been subjected to intense bombardment. Two women were killed when their house collapsed. We took them with us in the car, but before we came out, I was shot in the neck, he tells us.

Abo Audi (24) was shot in the back by the army. He tells us of the terrible scenes in his hometown in Baba Amr in Homs.

- We heard that a house had been attacked by a tank and drove there as fast as we could. A man and a pregnant woman was injured, while her two children were killed. On the way back we were fired upon by a tank and the woman and the man died. When I walked out of the car I was hit in the back.

Obeida (30) from Baba Amr, Homs was hit by fragments from a missile while filming for a Syrian NGO. - I crossed the street to film all the destroyed houses when a missile hit the ground right next to me. We were two guys that was injured. Thank god we are both ok!

Hasna (36) have lost everything. Her husband and two children were killed during the escape from Homs. She lost both her legs. Afraid of the regime, she will not show her face.
